Alipay
Alipay is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. To make a payment through Alipay, you first need to open an account with Alipay. Please visit Alipay's official website for detailed information on how to create an account and make payments.

Our delivery service is now available in Hong Kong, mainland China(Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen), Taiwan, Singpapore, Malaysia, Thailand. The products will be dispatched by international couriers, such as EMS, UPS and FEDEX and the freight will be born by the purchaser.

To secure the prompt receipt of your purchased items, please state accurately your detail contact information including your mobile number and email address and the delivery address (it may refer to the accommodation information as per foreign tourist)
To recipient in HK
We make delivery within 1 working day upon the payment is received. Delivery is free of charge in HK. In most of the case, we deliver your purchased items at your expected time period to your accommodation or the reception of your hotel following a call or SMS to your mobile. In case you select the COD payment term, we will call you in advance and deliver the goods to your esteem self then collect the cash.
To recipient in mainland China
We make delivery within 2 working days upon the payment is received. Your purchased item will be dispatched at your expected time period by UPS, EMS, or other established local agent by a prior SMS notice to your mobile phone. Goods may be delivered to your accommodation or your hotel reception when you are not available to pick it up by another SMS notice. You will also be notified all the tracking numbers by email.
To recipient outside China
We make delivery within 3 working days upon the payment is received. Your purchased items will be dispatched by international courier, such as UPS and FEDEX, and the freight will be born by the purchaser. Meanwhile, customer may handle the import operation or customs declaration by himself.

Orders are processed immediately after the payment is received. We understand the importance of a 2cardphone for your overseas journey. So we suggest that you reserve more time for the international payment transfer to secure our prompt delivery upon the payment received.

Our official working time for delivery is 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am – 1:00pm Saturday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the beginning of the next working day, while orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed at the day following the next working day.

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused info provided by recipient.

When the undeliverable package is returned to us, we shall issue customer a refund by deducting the courier charge and 15% of the purchased items'price as a handling charge. Meanwhile, the item can be re-dispatched with the handling charge exempted, but the relevant freight charge may be applied.
