· Freights Under the in- warranty policy, 2cardphone.com will bare all direct freights. However, we are not responsible for freight/customs costs for the products Out of Warranty.
· Styles Actual styles of some products may vary from the pictorial representation found at website.
· Refunds Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order from the actual amount we received. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase. |

7-day return guarantee
Ø You are not satisfied with the purchased item even though it is good workmanship
You can return your purchased item within 7 days after receipt of the item (recorded by Delivery Note) and upon pre-approval of 2cardphone.com. The customer must arrange the delivery of the returned item with freight prepaid to our service center. The amount of the purchased item will be refunded only after we receive the returned item with full set packaging and relevant free item, if applicable.
Kindly be reminded that we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including either of:
Ø Product malfunctions
If for any reason a purchased item malfunctions, you are entitled within 7 days after the receipt of the item (record by Delivery Note) to return the item with a full amount paid refund. Or agreed by you, we will send you an entirely NEW replacement unit in Hong Kong and China and the defective unit may be returned to us after you get the new replacement.

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
We do not refund original freight with the return. If your order was placed with a promotion code or free item, you must return them together in order to bet the refund.
Though all purchased products are inspected and well packed to ensure a good condition to delivery to our customer, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen to you, please return the damaged or wrong products within 7 days by simply follow the following steps.
1. Contact us and provide us with your Order Number. Indicate the returned products and the reason for your return.
2. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.
3. Send the returning items by freight prepaid to our service center at Unit D, 17/F. On Ho Industrial Bldg., 17-19, Shing Wan Road, Tai Wai, N. T. Hong Kong.
4. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

If the phone malfunctions by the reason of its workmanship, we will repair the defective unit at our service center by free of charge and bare the direct delivery costs as well. However, this warranty doesn't cover the circumstance of:
